Shipping time begins once your order has finished processing and leaves our facility.

- Express Shipping: Faster delivery after the 5–7 business day handling period
Express shipping speeds up delivery, not order processing.

- Email info@choosenaysa.com within 10 days to request the return shipping address.
- Ship your unopened product back and email us the tracking number.
- Once received and verified, we’ll issue a refund (minus a 20% restocking fee). Refunds typically post in 7–10 business days.
