What is Choose NAYSA?
Choose NAYSA is a wellness-focused shopping and education platform offering a curated selection of supplements and personal wellness products. Our mission is to make wellness easier to understand, easier to shop, and easier to incorporate into everyday life.
What kinds of products are available on Choose NAYSA?
You’ll find best-selling skincare, personal care, and supplement products. Categories include:

When will my order ship?

We want to be as transparent as possible about timelines so you know exactly what to expect.

All orders require a handling (processing) period before they ship.

Handling Time (Processing)

  • 5–7 business days
  • This is the time it takes for us to:
    • Verify and prepare your order
    • Package your items carefully
    • Hand your order off to the carrier

Handling time applies to ALL orders, including those with express shipping.

Shipping Time (After Handling)

Shipping time begins once your order has finished processing and leaves our facility.

  • Standard Shipping: Transit time varies by location after handling
  • Express Shipping: Faster delivery after the 5–7 business day handling period

Express shipping speeds up delivery, not order processing.

Every now and then, such as holiday seasons, there may be a delay on orders due to the high volume coming in within such a short time period. We value being transparent with our customers, so please be patient as we are a small team doing the best we can! Thanks for your understanding.

Are the products on Choose NAYSA FDA approved?
The FDA does not approve dietary supplements or skin care. However, all Choose NAYSA products are FDA compliant and made in GMP-certified facilities. This means they meet FDA regulations for safety, quality, and labeling, even though supplements themselves don’t go through FDA “approval.”
How do I know which products are right for me?
We provide educational content, product descriptions, and wellness guides to help you make informed decisions. Because individual needs vary, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement.
Is payment required to begin processing my order?
We require payment in full when your order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the many payment methods available at checkout, including Google Pay, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, multiple credit cards, and bank deposit options. For orders over $10,000 USD, we also accept bank wire and ACH transfers.
How can I cancel my order?
Cancellations must occur before the product is confirmed and preparing to be shipped out. The order cannot be cancelled after you get an email with a tracking number. Refer to the shipping and refund policy in the footer.
Can I track my order?
Once you make a purchase and your order is confirmed, we will send out an order tracking link.
What are Brand Partners?
Brand Partners are retail stores, online shops, and businesses that share Choose NAYSA products with their audience using a unique tracking code. When customers purchase through a Brand Partner’s code, the sale is attributed to that partner.
How can a business become a Brand Partner?
Businesses can apply to become a Brand Partner through our Brand Partner page. Once approved, partners receive access to their unique tracking code and partner resources.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available and the shipping costs will vary depending on the destination country. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may occur upon receipt.
How do I report if I have an issue with my order?
Please email info@choosenaysa.com within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is a problem. This allows us to verify the issue and determine next steps.
What is the returns process?
  1. Email info@choosenaysa.com within 10 days to request the return shipping address.
  2. Ship your unopened product back and email us the tracking number.
  3. Once received and verified, we’ll issue a refund (minus a 20% restocking fee). Refunds typically post in 7–10 business days.
