1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the delivery date.
2. How to Start a Return
- Email info@choosenaysa.com within 10 days of delivery to request the return shipping address.
- Ship your unopened product back using a trackable shipping method.
- Email us the tracking number once the return shipment is on its way.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees. Refunds typically post within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@choosenaysa.com within 48 hours of delivery.
This allows us to verify the issue and determine next steps as quickly as possible. Please include your order number and photos of the issue to help us assist you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Items not in original packaging
- Returns initiated after 10 days from delivery
- Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
